30 Day Return Policy

We Have A 30 Day Return Policy On All Non-Custom, Non-Personalized Orders. If 30 days have passed since your purchase of a non-custom item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Items Exempt from Returns

The following types of items are exempt from being returned:
Personalized Items
Custom Orders 

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products or other digital products

 

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may only be eligible for partial refunds, depending on the condition of the item. 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (the amount of time it takes for credit to be applied to your account. is determined by your financial institution, not by Shine Thrive Grow). 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you have received a confirmation via email from Shine Thrive Grow that your return has been received and your refund has been approved and processed, and you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact your bank and/or credit card company. Your financial institution determines the amount of time it takes for credit to be applied to your account.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Due to our in-house printing and production as well as the constantly-changing inventory of most of our products, we do not offer exchanges unless an item is damaged or defective.

Of course, we want you to be super happy with your purchase. If an item is damaged or defective due to our actions, we will exchange it for the same item. Here's what you need to do: 

If your purchase arrived damaged or defective, please take a quick photo within 72 hours of receiving your item, and email it to us noting the damage.

Please note - all damage claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of your item. We will NOT exchange items for which we have not received an email  with a damage claim including a photo within 72 hours of receipt of purchase. 

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shine Thrive Grow, 2686 Mendocino Drive, Pinole, CA 94564

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
